Happy Wednesday! This week’s recipe is an easy-to-make strawberry cake that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Below are the ingredients and directions, so get baking!
1 box white or strawberry cake mix
1 box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. strawberries and juice
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
Beat all ingredients together for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. strawberries, drained
Mix all ingredients together and ice cake.
Hint: For a good and moist cake, be sure to keep it in the refrigerator.
